Cilybebyll Community Council has 15 elected Members representing the 3 wards of Alltwen (7), Gellinudd (2) and Rhos (6).  The present Chair is Councillor Pat Vine and the Vice-Chair is Councillor Gina Threlfall.  All of the Members serve for 4 years, and the next elections are due in May 2012.
